THIS BEARING & SEAL COMBO ADDS EXTRA SUPPORT TO ELIMINATE AXLE SEAL WEAR THAT CAUSES THE AXLE TO LEAK.
NOTE: SOME MACHINING IS REQUIRED IF YOU USE A NEW / ORIGINAL AXLE (See instruction sheet for details).
Some aftermarket axles only have a thin layer of hardness on the area that needs machining. Having one of them machined can remove all of the hardness and leave softer material that will wear faster.
IMPORTANT NOTICE...Thousands of 4T80E axles shipped into the U.S. were machined with the wrong pitch on the internal splines. So if you are planning to buy a new axle from your auto parts store and have it machined to fit the 94125LB... be sure to check that the splines fit your transmission's shaft before having the axle machined.
